ESTIMATE AND PRODUCT SELECTION
Based on your objectives, we will help you choose the right wood stain color and topcoat sheen level, and provide you with a written estimate.
SANDING AND PRODUCT APPLICATION
Your floor will be sanded, and the new stain and polyurethane sealant applied. We vacuum, buff, and wipe the floor between coats for stronger adhesion.
INSPECTION, WARRANTY AND MAINTENANCE
A wood floor restoration takes several days for the finish to fully cure. We’ll also provide you with any applicable product warranty and maintenance information.
