Scope of Work
The scope of work to be performed is as outlined and agreed upon in the Jobber Quote.
Billing and Payment
Completion of the work shall be billed according to the terms outlined in the Jobber Quote. An initial deposit, as stated in the Jobber Quote, is due before commencement of work. (If needed for materials)
Uptown Flooring shall invoice Clients per the structure outlined in the Jobber Quote. Payment is due in accordance with the invoices submitted to the Client. These invoices are incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement. If the Client defaults on any payment, default interest shall accrue until the payment is resolved.
Cost and scope estimates are based on job walk-throughs and conversations between Uptown Flooring and the Client. While Uptown Flooring takes reasonable steps to be accurate, unforeseen complications may arise that affect project pricing and timelines.
If such complications are discovered, work will pause, and a Change Order will be issued detailing added materials, labor, time, and costs. Approved change orders become part of this Agreement.
If Client adds additional work, a Change Order will also be added and become a part of this Agreement.
Uptown Flooring offers a limited one-year warranty on labor and materials it provides.
